I have an older computer with Windows ME software. Some how my Windows Media Player was deleted, and I tried to download a media player from Download.com, but it said that it would only work with Windows XP. Anybody know where I can get a simple media player (like the one that was on here) that I can just download and won't require a different software or that I won't have to pay for????

I certainly have it despite if it is only too sluggish for me so I hardly use it. Cool colorations although. I certainly have my song on I-TUNES. that's a lot quicker. so a procedures I`ve been able to function all yet 3songs. i assume because of fact of copyright regulations or something. All 3 have been purple Floyd tunes. It kinda sucks because of fact they are MY cds. offered and paid for. as quickly because it became no longer able to return to a variety what became on the disc and gave me 2 possibilities. of course I chosen what I paid for. I even have NERO which appearently won't reject something. Now my only subject is area on my computing device. i'm finished and function only uploaded 25% of my cds. Winows Media participant is a lot TOO sluggish!!

go to Microsoft.com and download Windows media player version 10 (Not 11beta) That one worked before.
Also use your recovery/reinstall disk, it must have a copy of WMP on it as well
