I don't know if he is real serious about me. I just don't want to put my feelings out there like that. I think about him 24/7 I ask myself am I dreaming or is it reality.

ok i think dont tell him.....but u can get any1 of ur friends(boy) ask him as a favore to be a friend of this guy and then to ask him if he loves any girl...!

If you have been going for 10 months then there is already a level of commitment there. One night casually say you love him and gauge his reaction, if he is taken aback then he isn't ready to say he loves you...but then he may turn around and say he loves you too.

don't say it baby girl. like you said, don't leave it out there. if the respond is not what you expected. it will only break your heart. keep it tight and secure. you can show him your affection, and hopefully he's smart enough to catch the clue.
