that looks really nice.
the ONLY thing i would change is the green times new roman over top of the blue and white piggy bank.

You can tell if it is great by measuring the response to some offer from the website. By the way your website is very nice, although I'm not interested.

Your banner is buggy as hell. Get rid of the cute mouseover tricks and change it into a static banner graphic. Other than that the site looks clean if uninspired.
