yes, when i lived in fl. my tv and lights would flicker on and off. i took the light bulb almost out and let it dangle it still came on and off. the tv was a waste of time to watch because it would only turn on when it wanted. it turned off the same way.

i belive in ghost this one i woke up cause i heard heavy breathing and and then my bed started shake so ran out of my room and sleep in the living room the next day i found out there was a small earthquake
