lot of things work to lengthen the penis, but none are permanent. The pumps work, but you can only use it for 10 seconds today and you have to do for 4 months to see results. Pills, I don't know of one out there that works. If you go to a leather store, they have stuff that can lengthen your penis. It all takes time, and you have to keep doing it. Jerking off can lengthen your penis, pull a way from your body not towards it. 90% of guys pull towards there body or just up and down.

Since it is a wish of almost every male to have a larger penis (don't understand why?) I am sure they will keep trying to make one. But as of now, it isn't possible with a pill.
