Urban Outfitters, Forever 21, H&M, Target [the new Paul & Joe line], American Eagle, dELiA's, Kohls, or Roxy. They're all really stylish. But I'd say the store that sells the most unique pieces of clothing would have to be Urban Outfitters, definatly. Their clothes have a vintage-y look, but they're not vintage.

Rummage sales. Flea markets. Yard sales. Church bazaars. Estate sales. Vintage shops. Of course, these places have a no return policy.
