Depends on what you plan to do with you PC. About the only thing I would recommend it boosting the memory up to to at least 512 MB. For what you have now, your HD free space looks good and video looks okay unless you plan on playing games on it that are graphics intensive. Boosting the memory would be all I would recommend.

Yes I would, I have 4 gig processor, 160 gig internal hard drive, 3Gig of Ram, 512mb graphics cardplus a 250 Gig external hard drive, 1dvd rom, 1dvd write rewrite and a 19" flat screen monitor

Well, you've got a little more that 24Gb of free space. That's quite a lot. If you want more space, then delete some of your files or transfer them to CD-ROMs.

Depends on what you use your computer for! Is it working fine at the moment? If so then I would say No but if you plan on gaming alot you would need to upgrade!

You will see better performance if you upgrade your memory to 512M. You should get better video, though you may just need to change your settings. A DVD drive is nice. But, do you need to upgrade--my computer is getting old, but it does everything I need it to do.
