I bought Nike Air Force 1's fr this lady on ebay & I paid right away w/ paypal & I wanted my shoes right away. She has not been active on ebay since, I bought her last item in her auctions. Took her over a week to respond to my many messages I sent her! Claims she didn't know I paid her so fast, well duh, I wouldn't want to wait for somebody to pay me, I went ahead & paid, not that she had oh so great feedback, I still went ahead & bought from her but no buyers claimed to never receive there item so except 1.. anyway it has been 11 days since I paid & she responded to my email 7/20 & said I would receive my Nike Air Force 1's next week. Well its about to be two weeks in a few. US Postal Services First Class Mail should'nt take this long. Shoes is coming fr Baltimore, I live in Atlanta, should be here by now. If not..opening a dispute - paypal, one - ebay. I'm getting pissed off, don't play w/ my money! Better get my shoes today! Or Ima put her on blast, get my $ bk, & leave neg feedbk!

1st class mail from MD to Ga should take no more than 4 days

First, I'd be very surprised if sneakers went first class mail. That's only for packages up to 13 ounces, which is less than 1 pound. So it's more likely that your shoes (if they did go at all) went Priority Mail or Parcel Post.

You are protected by Paypal and Ebay, but there is a time limit on issuing your claim (I think you have to wait either 7 or 10 days). My advice would be to keep contacting the seller through ebay's messaging system (rather than your own email program) so that there is no doubt you honestly tried to rectify the situation.

One other note - Did you get the feeling that this woman wasn't a native English speaker? I've had numerous instances where non-English speakers confuse ship date with delivery date (I work in a global purchasing department).

I'd think you'd have it inside of a week. Typically, something being shipped first class is said to be delivered in maybe a 2-3 day timeframe.

You may want to call the post office to see.

Once it gets in the mail, 2-4 days, depending on when it was sent.

Is there a tracking number for the package?

You may have to go to Safe Harbor at eBay and rat her out.
