Has the draft lottery for the WWE passed? IF NOT, WHEN IS IT?

I don't think there will be a draft this year. The only draft there was this year was when Heyman drafted RVD and Kurt Angle to ECW.

No i think rey(only really good wrestler on smackdown) should be moved to Raw and send some of Raw's B-grade superstars to WWE's B show smackdown.

No lottery this year, unless you count Heyman scouting Raw and SmackDown! talent for his ECW brand.

no i don't think it even started but i hope it starts soon, WWE needs to mix it up and give smackdown some better superstars for Batista and Rey to fued with, etc.
