Without a doubt. Stable hands do it for a lot less.
Regardless of what, where or how the money would be spent I would prefer to be the one to make that decision than just leave the opportunity in the 'ether'.

Haven't you ever driven through a town that smelled funny? Those people can't tell because they get used to it. So, heck yeah, I would smell that for three years. I wouldn't notice it after a while. I wouldn't even mind if people around me could smell it, too.
