fuel injectors cannot be cleaned when taken off because you need power to open the injectors and when you remove the injectors, you'll have to replace all four rubber O-rings and they are very delicate to remove and install. Fuel injectors never has to get cleaned because in the gas tank is a strainer that will trap any debris before it goes into the fuel injectors

Un plug the electrc to them, locote the fuel rail(steel line). Undo that fitting, bolts hold line in place over injectors. Injectors should pull out after you get the out of the way.

Buy a service manual, they're not that expensive.
But more directly, put a half a quart of ATF in when you fill up with gas, it clean and oils the pump and injectors. I had an explorer that idled rough, did that with 1 application and it smoothed it right out.

How easy are they to get to? If you have a shop manual, it may tell you, but more likely that is a job for professionals. Can you just run injector cleaner through your fuel line?
