Those 5 kids are dead now suddenly they say this ***** is insane. Somebody should get on top of the building across the street from her, sit up there with a rifle and wait for this b*tch to come outside.Those kids didn't deserve to die just because she was a dumbass.I don't say "crazy" I say a "dumbass".Burn in hell Andrea Yates!

This whole situation is a crock! I saw her ex husband on the news Congratulated her for getting not guilty by reason of insanity!!! HE CONGRATULATED HER!?! those were his babies she killed!!!
I can't believe the legal system. I think it's way to lenient. We need to go old school. She should be drowned for what she did! And to boot if she is noted as getting better she will be able to be free!! Now that's INSANITY!

If you would lock up all the people who upon being checked out could be nuts, you wouldn't have enough people left to watch them all.
Concerning her husband whom you also have problems with, he is no mind reader (at least that wasn't mentioned), and if not being able to foresee such an action by a person he loved and 'believed' in makes him guilty, then all you religious nuts haven't read your bible 'He who has no sin, let him throw the first stone'.
If stupidity becomes as crime, over 80% of the population will end up in prison.

Good question, I to dont think she was crazy, but if so her husband should be just as guilty for continuing to take her off medication and impregnating her over and over. He's just as sick as she is. Yet he wasnt held accountable and has gone on and gotten married again. Wonder if his new wife will end up on the news?

Well her ex works for NASA so chances are he makes good money to bribe jurors into saying what ever he wants. And apparently he wants them to say that she's insane. But it's not that hard to fake insanity.

lets see ...i think she is a crazy b***h really i mean what sane person could kill five children. I think she should be held totally responsible fore what she did.the point is she killed! And that's a crime! No matter what state of mind she was in, she should have been tried for what she did....not by what she was and eventually lead to.That should have been addressed before it lead to murder.

I think her husband id the one who aught to be shot!
Knowing she got severe depression with each pregnancy and still kept knocking her up and leaving her alone with kids.
It makjes me sick what she did and should be locked up but as far as I am concerned he is just as guilty and shouldn't even be breathing much less still breeding!
