Seriously i would move OUT of San Jose tomorrow if i could. I'd move to the mountains. I HATE living in San Jose. The pollution and fumes makes me sick all the time and i can't even ride my bike on the roads because i would probably pass out from the fumes and get hit by a car. ( i can only ride my bike in the mountains) Anyone else from San Jose? Do you hate it as much as i do?

Basically all of Cali is like this now. It sucks! if you've been to Palm Springs recently, you can see the smog making it's way through the mountain pass, looks like there's a big fire coming at you.

God yes!!!!Man I am so afraid to ride my bike up in the mountains that pisses me off to know that I cant ride my bike!And I am so afraid of the pollution!I might get lung cancer right now!I would move out of San Jose millions of years ago if I could!

I don't live in San Jose but I live near LA. I hate LA due to the fact of smog - Nasty! Though I live not far from the beach so the ocean breezes blow the bad air away.

sorry, im over here in alameda..not closeby to the southbay..but san jose is booming..the silicon capitol of the world..and yahoo is nearby in sunnyvale..what about the new city hall? if you need to escape, try living in alameda..its near the s.f. bay waters..or, yes, the mtns of santa cruz or hayward hills is nice-if dont mind the fog, the hot temps and occasional run in with wildlife..
