I work for a party rental company that rents tables and chair and stuff like that. well my sister works there to and she was driving the truck and i was the passenger. We were going to someone's house for a pick-up and they had low trees over there driveway. but my sister thought she could make it under but. she was wrong. i hit my head on the windshield and broke the windshield. and i guess my sister diddent want anyone to see so she headed back to the office. when i got there the manger. lauged and said "you'll laugh about it later ". then said "just dont go to sleep for a while you might not wake up. i thiught i was messed up of her to say that. when i got home my dad wanted me to go to the hospital. when we got there they took x-ray;s and ct scans. when we were leving they asked how we were paying. i called the manger to find out what i had to do to fire it under workmans-comp
she said i couldent. that i would probally fail a drug test any way.
my sister wasent insured to drive.

i can pass a drug test i dot smoke or take pills.

If this was a company owned vehicle it will be covered. And if your oen vehicle I think you will be covered if you were being paid by hour by company to drive there. I would contact the Labor board and talk to them but workers comp accidents need to be reported in writing within 24 hours of accident.

You're screwed, much as i can tell from what you told in your story. The only thing you can hope for is that you can pass a drug test. And so can your sister. Call this number and tell them what happened. Let your work deal with whatever happens. It's the law, afterall. 1-800-342-1741 (Florida Worker's Comp can refer you to Worker's Comp in your state.) I think you are looking for a hand out. What you need to do is clean up your act, go to school, get a job that benefits others and do not be a drain on society. Your sister needs to go to school and learn how to drive. What if she made that judgment as she approached a busy intersection with pedestrians.
No insurance!? Your sister belongs in jail.

Be honest, could you pass a drug test? Email me your answer and I'll tell you whether or not you have a case. You have a case regardless but it does depend on the outcome of this test what path you need to take.

Uuuumm...maybe not. But you might suffer from some head aches maybe, because my brother hit his head with a tree trunk, while he was running and sometimes he has some bad head aches.Good luck and if you have head aches take Advil, and use the right amount.

You put yourself in this situation. And if you cant pass a drug test than you are responsible and can be fired.
