Yes they do.. I called one and was put on hold!! The woman told me to hold that thought.. What a thing to say to someone ready to end it. What about hold that thought!!! I did hold it and when she came back 5 or 10 min later I called her a jackass and hung up YES they do have hold!!...........

If you worked for one, and had to put someone on hold, wouldn't it be awful if you came back to them and just heard an odd gurgling noise...
