Get certified to become a Sleep Therapist. They make lots of money. Work with an anesthesiologist.... early, short hours and beaucoups dinero (lots of money). Become a pharmacist... my husband used to be one before becoming a doctor...It really depends what is your passion. There are MANY ways to go. What do you like or dislike?

If you are looking outside of medicine, look into teaching kids math or science. You get the summers off with pay, and get the opportunity to help some kid's dreams grow. Good Luck

Do what you want to do. It might involve longer schooling and longer time to a real paycheck, but that is a small price to pay for doing what you love doing.
