No, the word "revenue" is "not" plural.

it is used as is.

For example, the prices of that lands revenue depend on how big the land is for that particular property.

It's both. It is not proper grammar to use the term "revenues", revenue is both singular and plural.

You should use your revenue(s) to buy a dictionary. They're not too expensive. You can look words up in onlinme dictionaries, but that appears to be something you cannot or will not do.
