Well, even though paranoia can be a really bad thing to live through everyday (not just for you, but for other people as well), being fearful is our way of being prepared. If out of the blue I can feel my insides start to twist and my brain is telling me that something wrong is going on, I usually trust my instincts. They're your inner alarm system. Though it never hurts to be cautious, you have to limit it to a point wherein you don't cause yourself and other people unnecessary disturbances and injuries.
