how do you enter the races at hyman memorial stadium(GTA Vice City)?

Hyman stadium is open at 8pm (20pm) everynight until 6am & each night the race changes between these:
-Blood ring
-Hot ring
-Dirt ring
It's nice & required to be 1st to gain 100% completion.
