I looked at the dell store but even there prices are still too high even for the monthly payments. PLUS my credit is a problem.
I tried my computer club but I don't have checking account.
so what can I do is there a store that will help me with the problem that I have.

Well, everything depends on whether you can pay cash, and where you are.
Different stores, in different cities, in different states, have different prices.. some higher, some lower.
Look at the puter you want and look at the rebates available. I got a $200 rebate with my laptop when I bought it 3 months ago, and that $200 check was beautiful when it came in.. :)

some mfrs offer "factory reconditioned" units. These are usually irresistably cheap, and have most of the features and specs available in this years models. the same applies, but even more so to printers.

Go to surpluscomputers.com or look for refurbished computers in stores in ur area!

Go to a local IT person. Look in your phone book under yellow pages and ask them to build you a machine. It will probably cost a lot less.
