I work in a downtown area, and there are just enough dogs being walked, and 75% of their owners have no sense of responsibility, so why pay for what you can get for free? And there's more variety on the streets.
Besides, the "ultimate revenge" part isn't really ultimate revenge. The classic way of using dog poop is to scoop some fresh stuff into a lunch bag, put it on a doorstep, light the bag on fire, and ring the door bell, and run. Not that anyone I know has ever done that.
By the time the E-bay stuff got delivered it would be dry, and not nearly as effective.
So for traditional and scientific reasons, go the natural way, and don't buy anything.

No, I wouldn't buy it, waste of money,because we grow our own, loads of it, but hey if you can sell it. Best revenge is to put it in a hollow curtain pole with prawns if you move out of a flat or away from someone you really hate, save it though, it's a goody!!!!!!! HEHE

I wouldn't buy it...I have 2 labs, I know my dog poop, and this doesn't look like the real thing...I can send anyone samples if they send me $5 to cover shipping (I have an endless supply...)
