Could possibly be spider bites. Try putting an over-the-counter hydrocortisone cream on the red spots. If that doesn't help in a day or so, go see a doctor.

Take care, hope you feel better soon.

Dust Mites
(Ácaros)

Dust mites are microscopic bugs that live in household dust. They work their way into soft places like pillows, blankets, mattresses, and stuffed animals. Many people with asthma are allergic to dust - but in fact it's the droppings produced by the mites in the dust, along with the body fragments of dead dust mites, that really cause allergic reactions. When breathed in, these can lead a person to develop allergy or asthma symptoms

Insect bites and stings are, for the most part, no more unpleasant than a homework assignment - kind of annoying but basically harmless. Occasionally, though, an insect bite or sting can cause serious problems. You should know when a simple ice pack can bring some relief or when a visit to the local hospital is in order.

a spider. To stop the itch put a clay face mask on the bites. Let it dry completely, leave it on while inside. It won't stay itchy for long.
