They only accept customer service requests by carrier pigeon.

I suggest getting a witch to put some sort of curse on them.

If you had install AOL in your computer you are screw. AOL is the worst **** ever created. To uninstall AOL from your computer is a totally night mare. So i'll suggest to go to AOL website and grab the customer phone number and call those bastards.

Yes, AOL has a very bad habit of doing that. Try this number. will help, give it a try, 1-877-773-4462. If you keep repeating the word AGENT, you should, at some point, reach a human!

You may also have to give your old AOL username/ID

I got a phone number at their website for cancelling and called it. Here's what happened. I called that number and it was for AOL Canada. He gave me another phone number to call and I called that 2nd one. THAT number was not the right one and that person gave me another number. FINALLY, after 3 phone calls I was able to talk to someone who cancelled my service. Good luck working with them! After I cancelled my service they continued to call me to try and reinstate it when I was already signed up for another ISP. What's with them?
