Most of the e-mail's these days have an option of marking the user as spam. Try doing that first. In case this continues for long then for legal action ask an expert.

First, if you are receiving threatening letters, either by regular mail, e-mail or any other method (dropped on your porch, stuff like that), you need to keep in mind that this is a threat against you.
As such, it's advisable to contact your e-mail (or internet if it's a bundled package) provider and let them know of these e-mails. If they are truly threatening, you should also notify the proper authorities.
It's against the law to expressly threaten someone - it's called simple assault - and any occurrance should be taken quite seriously. To that end, keep copies of these messages as proof of the content you are receiving, and offer to provide them to anyone you contact with regard to this problem.

On yahoo!, you can mark a message as spam, and next time you get the e-mail from that address, Yahoo!'s filter will send it to your spam folder. Also, the messages will be reported if you mark them as spam.

So why don't you? What service are you using? Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail or what? You can also report her to your webmail administrators, like Yahoo and the Microsoft corporation if you're using Hotmail. You can use your email filters, or if its on Messenger, right click and click Block.
