I dont really think that hair is growing from the inside. I will almost be that you have pronounced labia ( lips ) and the hair is growing from between the inward curve. Nothing can be done about it unless you want to have it waxed off or shave it off. Be carefull of the shaving and the waxing, it can be painfull and sometimes itchy.

This is normal at the outer edge of the vagina, if it is growing from deep inside a may suggest a hormonal imbalance......do you have excessive hair elsewhere?
