So many people will tell you that this is impossible (and it is for most without the will power) but as long as you keep to a strict diet and workout plan (without cheating) then losing a good 3-10 lbs a week is very do-able taking into consideration how well you stick to a schedule and how much time you have to devote yourself to exercise.

Find foods that are healthy and still have flavor and substance- but stay away from anything with DIET in huge letters across it- these products have ingredients that act as mild laxatives and cause bloating. Light yogurt, for example, comes in great varieties such as key lime pie and vanilla cheesecake, that are wonderful with a little bit of granola in the morning, sandwitches made with whole grain bread and white meats like turkey can be accompanied with a great fruit/tea drinks (Snapple/ Arizona Iced Tea). Dinners should be hearty but not huge in volume- chicken (not fried) with vegetables, or ground meat over lettuce with pinto beans can make a great taco salad. These are all suggestions that can be revised and are definitely not all the foods out there that are healthy. Pay attention to serving sizes as well- the normal person pours a three-serving bowl of cereal in the morning, which invalidates the nutritional information- unless you multiply it by three! Be sure to drink A LOT of water- at least 8 glasses a day- it will keep your body hydrated and remove toxins that can cause you to look tired and lose energy.

Workouts should be kept simple and focused- but definitely not boring! If you belong to a gym, cardio workouts on elyptical machines and treadmills are wonderful for an every-other-day hour boost, but invest in a yoga, kickboxing, step, cycling, or athletic pole-dancing class to kick it up a notch- these classes can be intimidating (all those thin girls in little matching spandex outfits) but they will be something to get your mind off the day, and afterward the rewards are priceless: endorphins that lighten your mood, a healthier metabolism to assist your diet even further, and a sense of accomplishment. Stay away from wieghts or body-building routines that focus on a certain group of muscles; for long-term weight loss and toning these are acceptable, but for losing weight in this short of time, you will only dissapoint yourself by gaining muscle mass and losing fat- which results in no wieght lost, even if your body looks more toned and healthier.

Make lists, schedules, and maybe even a contract with yourself that outlines your diet and workout plans, and designate a day and time of day each week to weigh yourself- maybe even a little chart on the wall that keeps track of your progress! Do not weigh yourself every day or multiple times a day- weight fluctuates from morning to night, and the small progress each day will be more motivating when combined into a week's progress.

Your own determination to succeed will gauge how much progress you can make- and no one but you can motivate yourself. Set a goal and reach for it- make your weight something you can control. Good Luck!!!

isn't anyone happy with themselves any more? Why are you wanting to go from a size 14 to a 10 in a month? What is the rush now, were you a 14 6months ago? What do you have to squeeze into that you have only a month to take the weight off?

Taking that much weight off in a month???? Might be able to do it but it won't be healthy. Crash diets and not eating much and exercising lots is just a disaster waiting to happen. If you needed to loose 4 sizes you should have been looking at this alot sooner then a month.

eat properly and exercise for the next month, if you don't loose the sizes don't be disappointed. it is a change of lifestyle to maintain a healthy body. If you are just doing it just to fit into something...6 months down the road you will be right back where you started.

be happy with who you are, and we aren't all meant to be a size 0

You can't and still maintain your health. Be realistic.

You can, if you do drugs like speed (coke, crack, meth), starve, vomit up everything, or get surgery. All are BAD IDEAS.

Change your lifestyle and reasons for eating. Do you medicate with food? Do you constantly overeat? Do you take comfort in certain kinds of food?

Being overweight is a personal choice. Eating disorders are the only visually obvious disorders to all others. Don't carry that billboard for everyone to see.

Take control of your life and give your internal organs a break. No reason you should be a size 14....

I don't think that's possible but especially if you want long lasting results...If you want long lasting results I suggest Weight Watchers but the weight loss is rather slow but effective...I went from a size 10 to a size 4 in a year and haven't gained any of the weight back

so, as a wrestler u can definitly lose that weight in a month, probabably not healthy but doable...but diet is key...less carbs, more protein and exercise about 45 minutes of cardio in winter clothes and you will sweat like you have never before. Do this 5 days a week and you can get to 10...but be careful and if diziness is a constact side effect then take it down a notch...and DRINK WATER!

Ok. Let me out it this fashion. You've probabley heard this one million occasions however something. You already do exercises as you mentioned, so that are supposed to be the endorsed every day excerise. Now, hears the high-quality facet. Each week you ought to set calorie limits. Say: Week of four/10-four/17 800 Calories every day. Week of four/17-four/23 seven-hundred Calories every day. And so on.. don't move below two hundred although. Once you get to two hundred , ensure you're taking nutrients. You might excersie extra too. BE SURE TO TAKE VITAMINS IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO THE MINUS one hundred CALORIES WEEKLY THING. I relatively wish it is helping. I understand how it feels. I actually attempted this little factor and I relatively did aid through the years. Trust me in this. Good Luck :]

You cannot lost that much weight in one month. The key is to exercise and eat healthy. Drink alot of water. Eat in moderation- 5 small meals per day. Portions are a big thing too. Each serving is the size of a deck of cards or your fist.

Try tea bo boot camp, winsor pilates and budokon.

Try to be realistic and aim to reach your target over a 2 month period, rather than within a month. If you lose the weight gradually and by eating healthily and exercising, you are much more likely to keep it off in the long run. Good luck : )

I don't think you can lose that much weight in a month unless you go on a fast/crash diet. But I don't reccomend that. Lose weight slowly, and you'll get better results that last. Just try to limit carbs and sugar, eat more protien and excercise about 1 hour a day.
