Yes, they are legal with certian rules, regulations, color restrictions, and the apropriot permits.
and i will get a boyfriend, no matter what any of you say!

To get permits for a skunk, the government office you need to contact is your state's division of wildlife resources.

You cant legally own a skunk in any state. They are carriers of rabies.
