I watched it as a child and it scared me to death. These things lived in a cave under the water and grab people who are in boats in such. The one scene I remember most and scared the crud out of me was when they showed this cave and all the people those creatures had kidnapped and they had all these places all over their faces and arms. It looked like someone had stuck suction cups on them for a long time and left round places. Any idea what that movie is?

That sounds like Attack of the Giant Leeches... the only way I know that movie is by watching MST3K.
The movie's a riot... the "creatures" look like garbage bags... and Joel, Tom, and Crow make it all that much better... ;)
