I'm sorry, I can't help you with a broken leg but you could check with the Butterfly Hospital:

Yes.... get a band-aid, add a little antibiotic ointment to it, and careful wrap it around its leg, but not too tight, and be sure not to scare the poor little frightened thing. Give it lots of love and attention everyday, even if you have to miss work or school. I mean... this is your precious butterfly we are talking about for heavens sake!!!
And, if that fails to work, well... I never did claim I was an actually butterfly doctor.
lol

That is the saddest thing I have heard all day...

But, no, I don't think you can fix it. I mean, you can't really put a splint on without breaking something else or tearing a wing or something. Maybe it'll be okay, though... we had a bird that lost part of its leg, and it OK (we called it Peg-leg).

insects tend to lose limbs all the time. Although few species are able to regenerate the limb, butterflies are not one of them.

The butterfly will survive on it's own. They learn to live even after being crippled.

an incredible thank you to get your butterfly coordinated is to start by using employing fins. only any outdated fins, like in case you ever used any in swim training, will do. The fins will make your dolphin kick have lots greater undulation, and wave-like development your physique is doing because of fins will make your hands only form of connect in certainly, because of fact your legs would be doing greater of the artwork. Then, once you get it down with the fins, take them off, yet nevertheless use them in many cases to artwork on coordination.
