There are a host of causes. If it's on the right side, it could be appendicitis. If it's general, it could be diverticulitis, Crohn's disease, or any number of diseases and conditions that effect the intestines. Also, the ovaries or uterus could be involved, through Pelvic Inflammatory Disease. If you've had extensive abdominal surgery, scar tissue can pull on the organs and that can cause pain. It's best to consult your doctor.

can be a number of things, most common would be the bowel, a good old fashioned gut ache that would be relieved with laxatives. It could be an appendix, but that is not usually a cramping pain, it is more often a constant ache. More seriously it could be an ovarian cyst.

Gas, appendix, gallbladder, .....the list goes on. We have so much going on down there that it could be any number of things. If it lasts, go see a doctor.
