http://www.clearcodes.com/html/obd-2_codes.html this is the website for obdII codes i use the tps or throttle position sensor is usually on the throttlebody secured by 2 to 3 screws and can be purchaced at most auto parts stores the closed warning says the computer is reading it as though the sensor has a short or in laymans terms it reads as floored all the time
