Yes, I feel sorry for him having to endure the hateful language from the left... but I admire him for sticking to his principles!

Liberty Over Liberalism!

I think that he has been treated worse than any president in history. Even worse than Nixon. Stupid libs need to keep in mind that he has had A LOT to contend with in his presidency. 9-11, Katrina, illegal immigration - I think that the media has many people thinking he is the devil because they are biased. You didn't hear about the HUGE mistakes that Clinton made (and I am talking outside the bedroom) - it doesn't take 4 months for terrorists to come in and learn how to fly planes.....it doesn't take 4 months for the economy to go bad - if things were good under Clinton, maybe it was because we had 12 years of LEADERSHIP before him. I do feel sorry for the people that just don't get it and never will.

No, not a bit. What I wonder is why he wanted to be Pres? He obviously does not like the work, he's been on vacation 40 % of his term. He was on vacation the month before 9-11, after getting the intelligence briefing forecasting a terrorist attack in Manhattan. And on vacation again while Hurricane Katrina was closing in on New Orleans, instead of planning rescue and recovery operations. He seems to just like basking in the glory of the job, and blowing the economy out of the water, destroying the middle class, making the obscenely wealthy even wealthier. Really--why did he ever want the job except to bask in the glory?

No, I do not feel sorry for George Bush at all. I do not think he is the Antichrists but, he has made some horrible decisions, he and his campaign that we, the American people have to pay the price for. He is wealthy and when his presidency is over, he will be enjoying life plus he will be immortalized in the history books.

While suturing a cut on the hand of a 75-year old Texas rancher, whose hand was caught in a gate while working cattle, the doctor struck up a conversation with the old man.

Eventually the topic got around to former Texas Governor, George W. Bush and his elevation to the White House.

The old Texan said, "Well, ya know, Bush is a 'post turtle'."

Not being familiar with the term, the doctor asked him what a 'post turtle' was.

The old rancher said, "When you're driving down a country road and you come across a fence post with a turtle balanced on top, that's a post turtle."

The old man saw a puzzled look on the doctor's face, so he continued to explain, "You know he didn't get there by himself, he doesn't belong there, he doesn't know what to do while he's up there, and you just want to help the little dumb **** get down."

In some ways yes. He has to put up with a lot of political people and main stream media distorting facts and telling outright lies about him. For being such a great guy it has to be difficult for him to hear all of this and still maintain. And all of these rules he has to follow in Iraq. Man, I sure wish he could scrap all of rules of engagement, move the UN and the media out of that area and do it up right and much quicker. How frustrating that must be, I do sorta feel sorry for him.

I do. In our polarized political climate, I think he gets the blame for a lot of things he has no control over. I don't think he's a great or even all that good a president but he's not all that bad, he's not evil, or a Nazi, and he's not some master conspiracist organizing coups and engineering corporate control of the economy.

Nope I don't feel sorry for him at all. He is a great President and he knows it. You cannot rise to his level, without realizing that the lib's are just a bunch of loud mouthed losers. I very much doubt he is concerned with all the pathetic dribble coming from the left. I know I sure don't.

I don't feel sorry for him at all. I think he's the best president we ever had. I DO feel sorry for the terrorists....they are in big trouble..unless of course the Democrats take over the white house next election..then it's back to 9/11's again.

I feel sorry for my country.
I feel sorry for the millions of children that now go to bed hungry because of his policies
I feel sorry for the deaths of some of our finest young people in an unjust war started for personal interest
I feel sorry for the legacy we will leave our children because this president did not believe in global warming

But I don't feel sorry for someone who has been pampered, protected and privileged since birth, who is given $400,000 a year for doing very badly at his job, and who will go on to make millions from books written by ghost-writers, and giving speeches written by others better informed than himself.
