Not at all, ever stick a piece of paper on someones back that says "kick me" it was just a prank by the neighborhood kids that like all pranks got way out of hand.(sticking a Hezbollah flag next to the UN flag...lol....boys will be boys)

Of course it was intentional.

The way thy did it speaks for itself. Shells falling closer and closer. The UN calling and letting the Isrealis know what was going on. The UN being ignored. Then they hit them.

The reason I beleive they did it was because they didn't want any witnesses. They must have been wanting bomb an area where there were lots of civilians. I've seen it before. The threat and then blast-em!

Of course it was intentional. The Israelis were bombing it all day and aiming at it. They think they can do whatever they want and just have to say sorry afterward.
