Well I'm actually thinking of moving to Seattle. I live in Las Vegas where we have no humidity. It's very dry but the summers here can go up to 115 degrees. I need to go somewhere cooler.

Yes, but it is considerably lower than in the east. mid-west, or the south. There is more humidity than there is in Las Vegas or other desert regions, but it is generally extremely comfortable here (many homes do not even have air conditioning, think California climate).The summers are usually dry and warm and yes it can rain here a lot, but we mostly have gray days; NYC has more rainfall per year, we have more gray days per year.

Seattle has a lot of water surrounding it, as well as a lot of rain. So, yes, there is quite a bit of humidity in Seattle.

Yes, but since it doesn't get terribly warm there you rarely notice it in the summers. You'll notice it more the rest of the year when it rains all the time!
