I used to stress over things constantly. One day I realized "what if?" hardly ever happens. The best thing is to try to anticipate how things will play out and realize the worst case scenario is worth being prepared for, but not likely. This will take the anxiety out of your life. Be sure to expect the best case scenario!

I think you're better off to take things one day at a time. Do some things with the future in mind like save money, but you expend a lot of energy worrying about things that might not happen. You could even make yourself sick worrying over things that might not happen. There's nothing wrong with being prepared, but don't spend your life worrying about what might be.

It is best to TRY not to worry at all. What ever is going to happen is going to happen whether we give it any thought or not. Think about worry. Just about every time I have every worried about something it was worked out without my help and it wasn't even my doing. It was God. His will is going to be done no matter what. Things will work out. No matter how much you worry you will only make yourself sick in the long run. Let go and Let God. It will be alright in the end.

That depends about what aspect of life you are talking about. If you are talking about relationships, life, carrer, etc you need to evaluate the situation. Worry over things that may or may not happen may make you "up in your head" and your life will pass you by. You need to take time each and everyday to enjoy life and not worry, even if worrying is in your nature.

Worry is like a rocking chair. It keeps moving and gets you nowhere. The Bible tells us to worry about nothing for each day has it's own troubles (paraphrased). I like to take each day, each situation and each person as they are. Make the most of what you have, be grateful, avoid hateful and negative people, do all in your power to not hurt anyone and go to sleep with a clear conscience.
