It's like there's a hole in my monitor. It's been there about an hour. It's not affecting anything, but its really annoying. How do I make it go away?

Yay! its gone! I didn't want to have to rebot cause I'm working, but I did anyway.

If it's a single pixel, it might be a problem with your monitor. Otherwise, rebooting will likely fix it. If that doesn't work, you've got something a little screwy with your system...I'd need more information to help.

If you are using an LCD monitor then you probably have a dead pixel.

If you have a lcd screen you may have dead pixels.
