how to remove that out of the record or report by person name??

when i go to the police office and ask to remove name out of the record or report like theft or rape, or etc. without any trouble. what should i do? do i have to go the court and do the paper work or what?

If your reporting a crime againist you the officer will ask you for the information, so yes you have to provide them the name or if you don't know it then they will just take the report. Now if you have already filed a report and it goes to court you are expected to show up in court, you can't remove a compliant as easy as just going and saying I want it removed, hope this was what you were asking
