Have had very heavy feeling in the lower abdomon for hours while bleeding, never had this kind of dull pain in period before. is this typical early miscarriage symptom? what will the blood be like if miscarried, lots of solid stuff or just a bit of solid tissue?

I can only speak from my own experience. My first one, I woke up in a pool of blood and all day long at work I felt weak and ached in my abdomen. If anybody's wondering why I went to work, I was 19 and had no idea what was wrong, hadn't even missed a period yet.. The next three times, I had the same dull ache and passed lots of clots, including some really, really large ones. Didn't see a doctor then, either.....no money. But don't be as foolish as I was. Go see a doctor.

Depends how far along you are in your pregnancy. The symptoms are cramping (sometimes dull) pains, hemorhaging or spotting. The bleeding usually becomes worse and there are bits of solid tissue, but not always a lot. Go to the doctor.

Mine started with a few spots I went to the dr and they told me it was a misscarriage I opted for the pill to pass everything and it didn't work right about 2 days later I had really bad cramping and pressure and when I got out of my car to go in my house I just started bleeding everywhere soaked my shorts and everything. I would really go to the dr if I were you it could be the early signs and you might need a D & C please be careful I lost a lot of bolld and almost had to have a transfusion. I was 11 weeks. Don't hesitate if you are scared better safe than sorry.

hello, you will have the pain that u are expriencing, plus lots of blood will be lost. you will probably have to change pads a lot. that happened to me. it will feel like you need to go to the hospital.
if the bleeding is severe then do that. take a tylenol for pain and monitor blood loss. you should be fine in two days. the blood comes out in clots and is kinda scary! be careful

Cramps, bleeding with clots. It was a good bit of blood but not gushing blood or anything.

When it happened to me I was in the bathroom and it felt like a large clot fell out. Not to be gross but that is what happened. I was about 8 weeks.

Go to the doctor.

When I lost my baby at about eight weeks, it was cramping, tons of blood, and a large "clot". I was in the bathroom.
