I suppose I should rethink the question. You need to first have a job before you can receive enemployment. I guess most blacks wouldn't qualify.

You people are correct. A person doesn't need to be black to get enemployment. You do, however, need to be black to want enemployment.

wow. you are very ignorant. Question-what does being black have to do with being unemployed? Are you saying that there is no white or Hispanic unemployed people out there trying to make it as well?
If you lost your job (hopefully to downsizing or relocation and not to your ignorance), and you have been working for 3 months or more, then you can file for unemployment like the rest of the unemployed people out there.
Please, next time, ask a less racial and ignorant question.

What does your skin color have to do with whether or not you qualify for unemployment? Go to your state's unemployment office and find out if you qualify. Were you fired, did you quit, did the company go under? If you were employed long enough and don't have a second job and your employer paid employment taxes, you probaly qualify.
