If you remember the doctor you had as a kid, contact that office. If they don't have shot records, check the county health department where you grew up.
If they don't have it, check your kindergarten/elementary school.
If they don't have them, and you have had other places that require shot records, check with them.
Otherwise either redo all the shots, or you can ask the doc to check the titers for the various disease antibodies (to verify that you are immune.)

You don't need records, you should take them over if you don't remember. Immunizations don’t last very long.
