I am havibg trouble with getting sufficient volume from my Microphone...any suggestions...PLEASE HELP?

All of my volume controls are maxed

Some mikes are "hotter" than others, but if all your volumes are maxed out, you need a more powerful PA or a bigger power amp. You should never have any PA at the maximum volume. You always want plenty of head room to reduce distortion.

Check that's it's compatible. Mikes come in two sorts, Low Impedance and High Impedance. The amp's got to match.

Get a mic preamp.
