I would like to have a male friend, who is just a friend. No sexual advances, no slick talk, just friendship. Does that still exist in today's sex driven world?

In a womans mind that kind of friendship can exist; however, men only think about one thing when they are around a woman wether they admit it or not and wether we want to accept it. Men can't help themselves. They are always thinking with the wrong head.

It's hard to find today. I feel that same way lots of times. The men I've talked to are very immature about male and female friendships. Let's face it when men and women mix together as friends the odds are against us in the beginning. We will have boyfriend problems and if thats not enough people will talk.

It's tough for guys and girls to just be friends, since there's always some possibility of it developing into something else. If someone gets that close to you they may want it to become a relationship. Even if one of the pair is gay it can happen since the other may still like them. You just have to try your best to have a good friendship, nothing you can really control.
