Depends on what you are eating, too. That will probably tone those muscle areas, but you should be doing cardio or walking to really burn fat.

you can do as much excercise as you like, but weight loss only occurs because you are burning more calories than your normal intake.
you will develop strength using this method, but you need to do some cardio, ideally. get on your bike, and get your heart rate up.
be cautious with your diet. make your goal perfect health, not perfect weight. eat lots of fresh veggies and fruit, and whole foods. stay away from sugar, refined products, and anything that is processed. you can really eat quite a lot and still maintain a healthy weight, so long as what you put in your body is right!

You would lose more by changing your diet. Exercise produces muscle-muscle increases weight. Besides if your are not doing half of those exercises right now you would just end up hurting yourself.

no but you willhave huge arms, cutting back on the calories and doing aerobic workouts will help you to lose ten pounds in a month

maybe. crunches is more of a muscle toning exercise though.. it wont really cause you to lose fat. you lose weight fastest through aerobic exercise.

nope, but you will get nice muscle mass (which by the by weighs more then fat), you'll also have to change your eating habits...low fat, cut out the junk, eat chicken & fish etc, etc
