i think if your residency expired you need to renew it immediately or else you are illegal in the USA. you can try to travel at your own risk. if any of the immigration officials in the airport asked you to see you visa/ passport documents, you'd be in big trouble. liable to be deported at your own expense right away! get those documents renewed pronto!

As long as you have a valid government issued ID (Any gov't, not just US) you are fine to fly in the US. As for legally being in the country, you may run into problems if INS finds out which is unlikely unless you try to leave or enter the US. If you are caught in the US you will be deported and must wait five years before you can legally apply to reenter. At that time however, they will take into consideration that you overstayed your visit previously and would most likely be denied entry. Do the right thing even if it is after the fact and hopefully you will be saved a lot of heartache later.

All they ask for is a Valid Driver License for Domestic Flights! If you are wishing to stay in the USA....contact an Immigration Attorney and go through the process of staying here. Best of luck to you :)

I assume you mean by residency, citizenship is in another country. I am not sure I would risk it without contacting the Department of Transportation or Homeland Security. I wouldn't want to risk be shipped.
God Bless,

There are new screening proceedures that are looking for you every place you present identification. It is best to immediately contact your embassy and turn yourself in. Ask for their guidance in legal immigration and possibilities of staying, and prepare to be deported. Your hall pass has expired.

Many remote places electorate shuttle interior the U.S. without visa. TSA brokers at the instant are not immigration brokers...it quite is not their project in any respect. All they desire is verification of your identity.

Its only $90 to get your green card updated! Do it ASAP. If you drive your drivers license would also be denied, the dates should be the same as far as expiration.
You can not fly!
