It all depends on how long you have had your car lisense.
But generaly you can drive a moped of 50cc with just CBT training or you can drive up to 125cc scooter/motorbike with the same CBT as a learner but the CBT will only last for two years. You must have motorcycle entitlement put on your lisense though.

CBT is compulsory basic training.

NO a car licence only lets you ride a 50 without L's, It acts as a provisional for a 125, but only if a CBT is taken too.

on a full car license you can ride a 49cc moped without L plates, in order to ride a 125cc you will need to undertake a cbt test, once you have completed this you can ride up to a 125 with L plates for a max of two years, it is then up to weather or not you decide to take your full motorbike test, this will enable you to ride any size bike, check out this DSA website for a more in dept look

it used 2b 125cc, but now i think its 50cc, but U have to take a cbt, with only last 4 2 years, if U've not passed the main test by then U have to retake the cbt, there's a 2 year limit on the main test as well, in regards the engine size of a bike U can rider, Ur limited to 600cc max size for 2 years after U pass the main test

You can ride a 125cc but must complete compulsory basic training first.

Even if you are riding mini-motos I would sincerely recommend CBT as it provides you with basic skills and road sense which may save yours and others lives.

No, you can't ride anything at all. You will need to do a CBT and then you can ride up to 125cc, nothing more.
