I read the other answers first and changed my vote to the Catholic Haven. With free whippings for children under 4, that is amazing. Should whip their parents too. Nothing is ruder than taking a kid out to eat that has not learned sit down- shut up - and speak only when spoken to.

It closed down several years ago. Supposedly it was under new management and a lot of the customers left because they loved the previous owners and were not sure of the integrity of the food after the original owners left.
Anyhow, it was called Penguin's Palace.
