try cleaning out your pores. people get pimples cuz of clogged pores. i have the same problem, esp. with my oily skin. i take a face cloth and clean my face in the shower (w/ the steam to open the pores) or boil water, place in a bowl and put your face over to let the steam open the pores. use a face scrub like 3 times a week as well. after your face is clean, close the pores by splashing cold water or rub ice on your face. this has to be done daily cuz the pores get clogged daily and it needs to be cleaned out b4 any pimples get a chance to break out.

Well I was gonna say "boric acid but you have to use just a little" until I read the 'don't give me a dumb answer' so honestly, if your pimples are just a few and far in between Oxy always worked for me, if you have lots of them, go see your doctor for over the counter medicane. The best way to get rid of them is prevention, watch what you eat, keep your hands and hair off your face, be careful of the products you use (hairspray, gel, and makeup, espcially concealer) and wash your face twice daily with water and mild soap (like Dove). Just remember they don't last forever!!

Not possible...pimples are an irritation/infection under the surface of the skin. They need time to heal. There are products out there that will kill the infection and heal it quicker, but not as quick as I'm gathering you're looking for (right away)...
