Yes it's possible, if you have Verizon you can go their website and go to PicPlace.. this page allows you to upload your own pics then send them to a cell phone... they will be sent as a picture messages not text messages. If you phone isn't a camera phone you likely won't be able to view picture messages. I believe Cingular has the same online upload service as well.. good luck

Yes you can. The phone receiving the pic has to have the ability to view the pic , though. The easiest way to figure out the address to send it to is to have the person with the cell send you a pic from the cell to your email account.
I have sprint and sprint actually gives you an email address to use for that purpose. It is not the same as sending a text message, where you just send it to the cell phone number @ (the cell company name). net/com. Mine is actually an email addrress. You need to ask the person what their picture email address is...

yes! I use http://mobile17.smashsworld.com/ because its free. The only cost is what your personal phone provider charges. Verizon charges 25 cents. You can send yourself ringtones also
But this only works if you can receive picture messages or email on your phone.

It depends upon the kind of cell phone you have and also upon the software you are using. It also depends upon who your cell phone service provider is. I know I can't do it with my phone but I believe it may be possible.
