a quicky in the am (5 ish)
and then a longer one around 7ish
I cant get any sleep

Three times a day is high, but it's within the "normal" range of how often people want it (according to medical research, anything from once a month to about six times a day is "normal"). It sounds like his sex drive is higher than yours -- it's pretty common in relationships that one partner or other will have a higher sex drive. If that's more than you want or enjoy, why not just give im a hand job or oral one or two of those times? Or if you're not willing to do that much for him when he wants it, I guess you could just buy him a stack of porn videos, some lube, and a box of tissues and tell him you're sorry but you need your sleep?

It's not unrealistic to have sex three times a day... what *is* unrealistic is that you would have to convince your man to respect your wishes (regarding sex or anything else). Good communication is key.
A good sleep schedule is important for good overall health... so if he still wants to go after 1 or 2, suggest self-service to him.

It's really not unrealistic, but it might get kinda boring after a while. I'd love to do it three times a day, and I'm a female!! Consider yourself lucky, girl, because after you have kids, and when you get married, it's all down hill from there.

yup, that would be too much for me too. Im happy with 3-4 times a week. Makes me miss it, and therefore enjoy it. Talk to him, let him know how you feel. Try suggesting 1 or twice a day to start with.
