110 cultural medium is selective or diffrential?whats its composition?
are s.aureus and s.apidermidis both show growth on it?

I think there is also an M110 medium. Both this and the one mentioned above are liquid media for growing mammalian cells, and are not ideal for growing bacteria (like S. aureus and S. epidermitis). Bacteria will grow in them, but usually a researcher will add penicillin and streptomycin to them (so as to inhibit bacterial growth). They both contain Phenol Red, so if something does grow and produce acidic waste products, the media will change to yellow.

Why don't you just get a blood agar plate?

I think you're asking about MCDB 110 medium, which is a selective medium for human diploid fibroblast cells using FBSP, hormone, and growth factor supplements.

Sigma aldrich makes mcdb media, search their site for specs on this type of medium.

Not sure about strep growth on it, never tried it and i'm not about to try it.
